The LT 303E-3-S is a three-unit busbar processing machine with manual control, built for workshops that want predictable mechanics over programming. Its cutting unit works vertically with flat-blade shearing, leaving a flat cut face without burrs or droop; the punching unit carries a six-mode toothed turret so dies are indexed rather than swapped; and the bending unit does horizontal bending, switching to vertical bending by changing dies. Embossing, flattening, twisting and cable-end crimping are all reachable by die changes, and four casters let one operator reposition the machine. It suits maintenance departments and small switchgear builders working to drawing rather than to a production cycle.
Test conditions: Copper and aluminium busbar processed on a three-unit frame with manual control; cutting unit operating vertically with flat-blade shearing; punching on a six-mode toothed turnplate; bending unit set for horizontal bending and convertible to vertical bending by die change.
Measured values: 6 functional characteristics documented by the manufacturer: flat-blade vertical cutting with no waste, burrs or droop; six-mode toothed punching turret avoiding frequent die changes; horizontal bending convertible to vertical; embossing, flattening, twisting and cable-end crimping by die change; four casters for repositioning; custom dies for special shapes on request.
Benchmark: Toothed six-mode turret against single-die punching: dies are indexed in place instead of being removed and refitted, which is where small-batch jobs lose most of their time.

This series of busbar processing machine has three processing units: punching, shearing/cutting and bending. The three units can be used simultaneously or sequentially, the working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, which shortens the processing time and improves production efficiency. The main function is processing copper and aluminum busbar.

Main Features
1. The cutting processing unit adopts vertical processing mode, flexible and convenient to operate. It adopts flat blade cutting, and the incision interface of workpiece is flat, no waste, burrs and droop.
2. The punching unit uses a six-mode turnplate in tooth shape with good view, and no need to change the dies frequently, and the operation is simple and efficient.
3. The bending unit adopts a horizontal bending. By changing molds, could be completed the processing of flat bending or vertical bending.
4. A variety of processing functions such as embossing, flattening, twisting, and crimping of cable ends can be achieved by changing the molds.
5. The machine has four casters, so it is easy to be moved everywhere needed.
6. Different molds or tools can be installed according to user requirements to complete special shape processing.
