What the 303U-3 busbar machine does

The LT 303U-3 is a CNC single-table busbar processing machine that punches, shears and bends copper busbar up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide in one clamping. It handles round, oblong and square holes, plus flat, vertical and U bending, which covers the majority of panel busbar work for South African switchgear builders. Single-table handling suits low-to-medium volume jobbing where set-up speed matters more than continuous throughput.

Measured values: Processing size 12 mm thickness by 160 mm width; punching diameter range ⌀4.3–⌀25 mm; shearing capacity 12 mm by 160 mm; horizontal bending width up to 160 mm at 12 mm thickness.
