The LT BMC 303U-3-C is a CNC three-function busbar processing machine for punching, cutting and bending copper and aluminium busbar. Its shearing unit uses double-column shearing dies; the punching unit is an integral six-mode turnplate that keeps upper and lower dies concentric; and the bending unit uses a closed bending structure so horizontal bending and embossing stay uniform through a production run. Vertical bending, flat bending, U-bending and Z-bending are all reached by die change. It carries ISO 9001:2000 and CE certification, and is normally specified where repeat positioning accuracy across a batch matters more than the lowest unit price.
Test conditions: CNC three-function processing of copper and aluminium busbar: shearing on double-column shearing dies, punching on an integral six-mode turnplate, bending on a closed bending structure.
Measured values: 12 numbered machine elements documented (CNC touch screen, industrial lamp, punching turret unit, punching positioning ruler, cylinder, line switch, foot switch, cutting unit, electrical box, tool box, bending unit, cutting positioning ruler); four bend types reachable by die change (vertical, flat, U and Z); ISO 9001:2000 / CE certification.
Benchmark: Closed bending structure against the open bending structure of the previous generation: the closed frame loads the busbar more evenly, which is what preserves repeat positioning accuracy in mass production rather than just on the first piece.
