The LT HQ-600-B bends both ends of busway joint busbars in a single hydraulic stroke, which is how bus duct manufacturers form the connection bars that plug-in units clamp onto. Both heads share one 600 kN hydraulic circuit with a high-flow gear pump, so the two bends form simultaneously rather than in two handlings. South African busway and rising-main producers use it to replace manual bending that cannot hold consistent angles across a production run.
Test conditions: Busway joint busbar from 3 × 30 mm to 6 × 200 mm, both ends formed hydraulically in one cycle.
Measured values: Nominal pressure 600 kN; machining range 3 × 30 mm to 6 × 200 mm; machine footprint 3 600 × 1 500 × 1 000 mm; twin hydraulic heads driven by a large-flow gear pump.
Benchmark: Both busbar ends formed in one stroke versus two separate handlings on a single-head bender, which is why it is specified for production rather than repair work.
