The LT CNCMN-200A is a CNC busbar milling (arc machining) centre that mills radiused contact ends and chamfers on copper and aluminium busbar from 4–16 mm thick, 30–200 mm wide and 150–6 000 mm long. South African switchgear makers use it to produce the machined contact faces that bolted joints in IEC 61439 assemblies require, replacing hand grinding with repeatable geometry. A rigid gantry frame with BT40 toolholders and a six-position inline changer keeps tool changes automatic across the full busbar width range.
