The LT CNCDMN-200A is the double-head, 11-axis version of the LT busbar milling machine, built for lines that machine both contact ends of every busbar in one pass. Twin gantry spindles work simultaneously with no operator intervention during the cycle, and the conveyors at both ends dock with upstream sawing and downstream punching equipment. It suits busway and switchgear production lines rather than standalone job work, where the single-head CNCMN-200A is the lower-capacity alternative.
Test conditions: Conveyor-fed copper or aluminium busbar, both contact ends machined in a single automated cycle with no manual intervention.
Measured values: 11-axis CNC control; twin gantry spindle heads; conveyor interfaces at both ends for upstream and downstream line integration.
Benchmark: Versus the single-head CNCMN-200A, the double-head removes one re-fixturing handling per busbar, which is why it is specified for production lines rather than job-shop work.
