Flat bending molds for busbar machines

The LT flat curved (flat bending) mold is the die set that produces horizontal — flat plane — bends on copper and aluminium busbar in a busbar processing machine. Flat bends are the standard geometry for distribution board and switchgear busbars, so this is the die that sees the most use on a three-in-one machine. It fits the bending unit and is interchangeable with other LT molds, allowing the same machine to switch from flat bending to vertical bending or embossing by changing the die rather than changing machines. Available as a replacement tool for existing LT machines and as an additional die for shops widening their bend range.
