The LT vertical bending mold produces the upright — vertical plane — bends used where busbar has to turn out of the flat plane, such as in stacked or multi-layer bar arrangements inside switchgear and busbar trunking. It seats in the bending unit of an LT busbar processing machine and is interchangeable with the flat bending and embossing dies, so one machine covers the full bend geometry a panel shop needs. Supplied as replacement tooling for existing machines and as an additional die for shops adding vertical bend capability. Custom profiles are available on request to suit specific busbar widths and bend radii.
