The LT HQ40-BC cuts and bends long copper busbar up to 3 200 mm in length, 210 mm wide and 10 mm thick — work that is beyond short-panel busbar machines. Its single-blade shear cutting unit leaves a flat, burr-free notch, and the bending unit forms tensile bends up to 30 mm high. The 300 kN punching capability lets it pierce the bar in the same handling, which suits busway and long-run busbar fabrication.
Test conditions: Copper busbar up to 210 mm wide and 10 mm thick, in lengths up to 3 200 mm.
Measured values: Punching force 300 kN; maximum bending tensile height 30 mm; machine 9 600 × 700 × 1 400 mm.
Benchmark: A 3 200 mm processing length versus the 160–200 mm width class handled by three-in-one busbar machines, which are built for shorter panel busbars.
