It holds hole-pitch accuracy better than ±0.1 mm, the tolerance that decides whether plug-in units seat correctly on a busway run. Measured performance — HQ.JCX-130

Test conditions: Busbar up to 5 × 130 mm for busway joint connectors, hydraulically clamped and fed automatically with no manual intervention between operations.

Measured values: Nominal pressure 200 kN; X-axis positioning speed 50 m/min; striking cylinder stroke 30 mm; striking frequency 60 strokes/min; hole-pitch accuracy better than ±0.1 mm.

Benchmark: A ±0.1 mm machined hole pitch replaces manually marked layouts, and at 60 strokes/min the machine removes the repeated manual positioning that each joint bar otherwise needs.
