What the HX160-260 leveling machine does

The LT HX160-260 is a roller-type busbar levelling machine that flattens copper busbar before punching or bending, removing the twist and camber that cause misfeed downstream. Two frame sizes handle flat busbar up to 160 × 12 mm or 260 × 12 mm, powered by 3 kW or 5.5 kW motors. South African panel shops add it when incoming bar is not flat enough to hold punch-pitch tolerances.

Measured values: Motor power 3 kW (HX160) or 5.5 kW (HX260); largest levelled flat section 160 × 12 mm or 260 × 12 mm; machine size 1 580 × 800 × 1 300 mm or 1 700 × 1 000 × 1 300 mm.

Benchmark: The two frame sizes differ only in levelling width (160 mm versus 260 mm), footprint and motor rating, so selection follows the widest bar in the production mix.
