The LT SXC30-550 is the short-throat version of the LT SXC30 hydraulic press, delivering the same 300 kN force, ⌀60 mm punching diameter and 6 mm thickness capacity in a smaller footprint. It suits workshops whose work rarely exceeds 550 mm of throat reach, freeing bench depth. PLC control with digital-axis positioning handles the stop-and-go punching typical of busbar end work and light plate fabrication.
Test conditions: Copper busbar and steel plate up to 6 mm thick, welded and stress-annealed bed to prevent frame distortion over long service.
Measured values: Nominal pressure 300 kN; maximum processing diameter ⌀60 mm; maximum thickness 6 mm; throat depth 550 mm; stepping up to 12 strokes/min; PLC with digital axis system.
Benchmark: Identical specification to the SXC30-750 apart from the 550 mm throat, so the trade-off is purely reach versus bench space.
