The LT copper busbar punching member is the working tool that forms holes in copper busbar on an LT busbar machine — the consumable component that contacts the bar directly and therefore the one that is replaced as it wears. It is supplied for copper busbar specifically, since the harder material and tighter hole tolerances of copper put more demand on the punch than aluminium does. Available as replacement tooling for machines already in service and as part of the standard tooling set supplied with a new machine. Order by the machine's punching station and the hole profile required; custom profiles can be made to a drawing.
