Embossing dies for busbar machines

The LT embossing die set adds surface embossing to copper and aluminium busbar on an LT busbar processing machine. Embossing is used to raise a pattern or marking on the bar itself, typically for identification or to create a defined contact or locating feature. The die fits the same interchangeable tooling position as the flat and vertical bending molds, so embossing can be added to an existing machine without additional equipment. Ordered as spare or additional tooling by South African panel builders and by maintenance departments marking replacement busbars to match existing assemblies. Custom embossing patterns can be produced to a customer sample.
